Bread & Butter and world-renowned Swiss designer, Mr. Shauket Imam, officially launched the premium denim brand, KOhZO, in Singapore on 2nd December 2011. The KOhZO launch event, hosted by celebrity DJ Utt, kicked off with a showcase of KOhZO fashion apparels and a runway show. Fashionistas, celebrities, business partners and members of the media were awed by the out-of-the box raw materials used in creating the jeans and the designs and ideas of Mr. Shauket that made the jeans the latest and hottest favorite.

7 For All Mankind celebrated the launch of its Fall/Winter 2011 collection with a big bang at The Marina Bay Sands. Guests were greeted by 91.3 FM’s DJ, Maddy Barber, and Singapore pop-rock string quartet, VOX, displaying energetic performance. Models strutted down the runway clad in the label’s signature denims and apparels, leaving the guests and media in awe.

SIM 30th Singapore Open Asian Windsurfing Championship

O’Neill and Teva were the Official Prize Sponsors for the 2011 Asian Windsurfing Championships that was held in conjunction with the SIM 30th Singapore Open Windsurfing Championship. There were six different classes ranging from the professional circuit Formula class to the Olympic class, RS:X. There were a total of 36 different categories, making it one of the largest windsurfing competitions in the region.

Challenge took place in the open water.

O’Neil presented these two adrenaline-pumped competitions aimed at providing a springboard for our budding beach volleyball players. The VAS U23 Beach Volleyball Championship was undeniably an exciting beach volleyball competition injected with raw enthusiasm and youthfulness, while the Singapore Beach Volleyball Open Championship saw extreme beach volleyball action that synergized youthfulness, skill and experience together in competitive 2-on-2 games.

Salomon was the Official Prize Sponsors for this grueling race that saw participants ran, bike, rope ascended, traversed, negotiated a series of jungle trails and navigated their way with maps through the northern part of Singapore. A series of mystery challenges at selected checkpoints also tested their creativity and survival skills to show that adventure racing is as much about brains and teamwork, as it is about brawn.

Salomon X-Trail Run

The 4th Annual Salomon X-Trail Run held at the Tampines Mountain Bike Park & Trail saw another great success with a total of 2,459 participants. Organized by VGO Corporation Limited and People’s Association (PA) Water-Venture, the Salomon X-Trail Run is the only run with 100% trail and dirt roads that cater to trail running enthusiasts. It was also the first time that Salomon X-Trail Run worked with EpiCenter Private Limited to embark its inaugural Epicenter Corporate Charity Run, where the collection of total registration fee of $15,000 went to the Children Cancer Foundation.
